RS Unify overview

Dear Friend....
    Ikea or Rsunify software is used by Hindustan Unilever Company by there RS to maintain Stock, billing , MIS Report relates to improve business But one of its major defect is this is not a complete accounting software or There report is not much authentic to produce proper balance sheet but the
major capability of this software is this will keep all your record & data in proper Table and due support by latest SQL server system run very fast and many meaningful data is directly furnish by system..
   But for use of information in other software Like Tally the data is much helpful to produce accounting relates information use in GST and income tax return. Some people work Distribution of other company too so need to integrate and compile of all business in single software is necessarily.
  There is lots of confusion relates to GST treating the way of hul as the other qps/plan discount impact GST and company pay service amount of different  parameter  and customer to raise service invoice to collect the service amount in their bank account which they missed to post.

Even Ikea has capability to export import in tally but due to all field is not properly defined in tally so as a lots of error shows in tally software.. That doesn't mean there is any fault in data but because the data is not properly arrange for export import. the company is not much serious because Hul basically use this software to claim and  outlet behaviors management by which company is successful but for accounting as company has not directly link company perform very slow in this direction..

We have many solution if you have work in unify /ikea system mainly focus on accounting and GST solution but also my many upcoming blog relates to uses of ikea so as you understand you system best..
